Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of JobEye (jobeye.in), an AI-assisted job matching service for job seekers and employers. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Register with your own email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Choose the account type that matches you: job seeker or employer. Changing it later is done by an administrator.
- Do not create accounts for other people or impersonate anyone.
Your content
- Only upload CVs, profiles and job descriptions you have the right to use, and keep them accurate.
- Job seekers: your profile (without contact details) is shown to employers whose jobs you match, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Employers: use candidate information only to evaluate candidates for the job it was matched to, and not for any other purpose.
AI-generated content
Match scores, analyses, CVs, cover letters and messages are generated with AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Review everything before you use or send it. JobEye is instructed not to invent facts about you, but you remain responsible for what you submit to employers.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to access other users' data, to bypass security controls or rate limits, or to disrupt the service.
- No automated scraping of the service, and no unlawful, discriminatory or misleading job postings.
No guarantee
JobEye helps you find and present opportunities; it does not guarantee interviews, offers or hires, and it is not a party to any employment relationship. The service is provided as it is and may change or be unavailable at times.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from the Security tab. Accounts that break these terms can be suspended or removed.
Changes and contact
When these terms change materially, the version above changes and you are asked to accept them again. Questions: contact@infotech.net.in.
